- How can I get an invitation?
Tuenti is currently accessible by invitation only. To join Tuenti, ask a friend who's already on Tuenti to send you an invitation.
- I already have created an account, but I can´t access it
If you cannot access your Tuenti account, check your e-mail inbox for any notifications regarding your account. If you can't remember your password or the system says your password is incorrect, request a new password from the log-in page by clicking "Forgotten your password?". If you think that your problem might be technical, please try upgrading your browser.
- I´ve requested a password, but it isn´t arriving to my inbox.
If you don´t receive e-mails from Tuenti, check in your SPAM box for your e-mail client to see if the e-mail was received there. If you still cant find it and you are using a Hotmail address, please go through the following steps: Enter into your Hotmail account-> Options -> More options and open "safe and blocked senders". Add cuentas@tuenti.com and miembros@tuenti.com to the "safe senders", since these are the e-mails that send out our official correspondence. Once @tuenti.com is added to your safe senders list, request another password. Passwords may take up to an hour to arrive, please be patient. If you no longer have access to the e-mail you use for Tuenti, please fill out the form below.
Please provide us with enough information to be able to find the profile (URL, name of account, province, networks, e-mail associated with account), as well as a detailed description of the problem. - My password isn't working, what should I do?
If your password isn't working, request a new one by clicking on "Forgot password?" from the log-in page. The password will arrive to your e-mail inbox. Once you have logged in, you can change your password in "My account" -> "My account preferences" -> "Change password".
- What can i do to make my browsing experience safer?
To keep your account secure, always choose a strong password that no one will guess and never share it with anyone. When terminating your session, always click Log out in the upper right hand corner of your account. Don´t enter your password into any page that isn´t tuenti.com, add any add-ons to your profile or click on any suspicious links that people might send you. By protecting your password and following easy guidelines it is easy to keep your profile secure.
- What kind of privacy controls does Tuenti have?
Tuenti has many flexible privacy options to choose from. With a profile on Tuenti you can choose to restrict your profile to only your friends, limit who can send you messages, and who can see your personal information.
