- My password isn't working. What should I do?
If your password isn't working, request a new one by clicking on Forgot password? from the login page.
The password will arrive to your email inbox. Once you have logged in, you can change your password in "Options" (top right corner) > "Preferences" > My Account Preferences, then "Change password".

- I have already created an account, but I can't access it. What should I do?
If you cannot access your Tuenti account, check your email inbox for any notifications regarding your account.
If you can't remember your password or the system says your password is incorrect, request a new password from the login page by clicking Forgot your Password? . If you think that your problem might be technical, please try upgrading your browser.
- I've requested a password, but it hasn't arrived to my email.
Passwords may take up to an hour to arrive, please be patient. Also, check your spam folder in case it has arrived there. If your password does not arrive, contact us by filling out this form.
- How do I make my browser forget my password if I've selected to permanently save it?
To make your browser stop saving your password:
Internet Explorer. Click on Tools > Internet Options > Content > Autocomplete > Erase passwords.
Mozilla Firefox. Go to Tools > Options > Security > Deselect option "Remember passwords for sites".
