Summary of Terms of Use

  1. TUENTI is a social platform for users over the age of 14.
  2. TUENTI profiles are only for personal use. You cannot use them for advertising, selling, or any other commercial purposes unless we have given you specific permission.
  3. When you register on TUENTI, you must give us real, accurate information about you (your real name, location, birth date, etc.). The full name, birth date, location, and network (school, job, etc.) that you put in the registration form will appear on your profile and will be visible to anyone that has access to your profile.
  4. TUENTI provides a free platform for sharing information and content; we are not responsible for what users choose to upload and share.
  5. If you upload and/or share content that we believe violates our Terms of Use, TUENTI can investigate and remove that content without warning you first.
  6. You CANNOT do any of these things:
    • Copy images that other users upload and share them inside or outside of the TUENTI platform.
    • Upload or share any information or content that we consider racist, violent, pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, dishonest, or illegal.
    • Use the TUENTI platform to harass, lie about, insult, hurt, or intimidate another person in any way.
    • Use the service illegally or in any way that could put TUENTI or other users at risk.
    • Use any software or programs that could hurt TUENTI or its systems.
    • Send spam or unrequested commercial messages and/or collect users' email addresses or other information for this purpose.
  7. You cannot use someone else’s information and impersonate them on the TUENTI platform.
  8. You can only upload content to the TUENTI platform if you have all the necessary rights to share it, and you agree to let TUENTI handle the content you upload until you choose to remove it or you delete your TUENTI account.
  9. TUENTI is not responsible for any interactions among users. Each user is completely responsible for their interactions and communications with other users on the TUENTI platform. TUENTI will do everything we can to ensure that all users respect the Terms of Use and Spanish law, but we are not responsible for resolving arguments or disputes among users.
  10. URLs and/or content published inside the TUENTI platform cannot be shared or published outside the platform unless you have our specific written permission.

To become a TUENTI user, you must accept all of our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy; this list is just a summary of those Terms of Use.
